Iced Mint Oolong Tea (Clear Tea Recipe)
Ingredients
- Mint Oolong Tea Leaves 5 g.
- Hot Water 200 ml.
- Simple Syrup 25 ml.
- Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Steeping : Place 5 g. of Mint Oolong Tea Leaves into a measuring cup. Pour in 200 ml. of hot water and let it steep for 6 minutes.
- Straining : Once the time is up, strain the tea leaves out to get the pure tea liquor.
- Mixing : Add 25 ml. of simple syrup and stir until well combined.
- Serving : Fill a serving glass with ice, pour the prepared tea over, and it’s ready to serve!
