Green Milk Tea Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. Green Tea Extra
- 1 tbsp. non-dairy creamer
- 60 ml. fresh milk
- 40 ml. sweetened condensed milkIce
Brewing Instructions (Choose One)
- Option 1 : Espresso Machine Extract the tea leaves to obtain 120 ml. of concentrated green tea liquor.
- Option 2 : Traditional Cloth Filter Bag
- Steep 2 tablespoons of tea in 175 ml. of hot water for 3–5 minutes.
- “Pull” the tea by pouring it back and forth between two containers 3–4 times to fully aerate and release the jasmine aroma.
- Strain the leaves to obtain exactly 120 ml. of concentrated tea liquor.
- Use 90–95°C hot water to fully extract the tea’s aroma and flavor.Pouring the tea back and forth 3–4 times creates a richer color and stronger roasted tea aroma.
- For lattes or blended drinks, use a slightly stronger tea extract to maintain a bold tea flavor.
- This recipe is designed for a 16 oz serving and can easily be adapted for Green Tea Latte, Green Tea Boba, Green Tea Cream Cheese, and Blended Green Tea.
